Trying to persuade someone to go to therapy is sometimes like trying to get a cat to put on a leash and take it for walks. Not impossible, but how many cats have you seen going for walks? I used to think that is how therapy was. About was common as a cat on a leash but now that I've been working in the field for 4 years that can't be true. People do go to therapy and seek mental health care, but I am NOT going to be talking to about why you should go.

Instead Im going to introduce my top 15 competitors to seeking therapy. I have heard 100s of reasons as to why people don't go to therapy, so I'm going to break them down to 15 and put a fun spin on maybe some reasons you yourself or people around you also struggle to seek mental health care.

Please email me any questions you would want answered in upcoming episodes. I'll be bringing in real life people problems with real life suggestions with an unorthodox perspective. Email me @ unorthodoxtherapist@gmail.com
